#1. hold these keys down - command/shift/4; your cursor turns to a cross hair (+) that you click and drag around the area you want the screen shot of. The screen shot appears on your desktop (usually). If you can't find it, do a search for 'screenshot'.
#2. Use the 'Grab' app - found in your Applications folder > Utilities folder > Grab

A: go to blockposters.com*to create a poster of text, i.e. directions, schedules, etc.----create your document in a word processor and take a screen shot (see #1 above) . Upload that screen shot to blockposters.com.
